Secure payments
You can choose between 3 secure payment methods to pay for your order on our online shop:
Payment by credit/debit card
Our priority is to ensure the safety of your card payments in our e-shop, so payments by credit/debit card are processed through the secure Redsys gateway.
All the steps of the payment process are encrypted and protected; no order or credit card information travels unprotected on the Internet.
We have no access at any time of your credit/debit card information.
Payment by bank wire
You may choose to pay your order by bank wire from your bank account to our account at ING Direct (account holder: Agilandia, SL). When you choose this option, all the necessary bank information will appear on screen, and you will also receive an email.
From every other country than Spain, remember to indicate the whole IBAN number starting with ES. Depending on your location, you might need to indicate the SWITFT code too. Within the Euro zone, all transactions comply with the SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area).
Your order will be processed after reception of your payment, which may take 2 to 5 days.
Payment by PayPal
If you have a PayPal account, you can pay your order through PayPal’s secure platform.
Transactions are processed directly on PayPal’s encrypted servers and never travel unprotected on the internet. We never access at any time your bank information.
